At the 2009 Richmond Microscopy and Microanalysis meeting, Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions presented the Quemesa, the new Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions 11 MegaPixel bottom-mounted CCD TEM camera for all TEM brands.If any camera comes close to a universal camera, satisfying the needs for diverse fields such as Pathology and Materials Science, this is it. With it's large field of view at the bottom-mount position and the resolution of up to 4008 x 2664 pixels, the camera meets the requirements for both large area imaging and high resolution.
