A new Company on the Block: ResAlta Research Technologies
|
Who is ResAlta? ResAlta is a new company based in Golden, CO, whose aim it is to provide researchers and scientists with the technology they need to be successful. Our main focus is Electron Microscopy, both Scanning and Transmission. We are new, but we have long standing experience with these instruments and technologies.
If you have an Electron Microscope, chances are that you have already talked to the CEO, Mike Bode. He has been involved with Electron Microscopy for over 25 years now, from working with Prof. Reimer in Muenster, Germany, on pole-piece design, through his Ph.D. work under Prof. Queisser at the Max-Planck-Institute for Solid State Research, a Post-Doc at Bell Labs with Dr. Ourmazd, his work at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, CO, with Dr. Al-Jassim, and eventually as the General Manager of Olympus Soft Imaging Solutions, a world renowned supplier of TEM hardware and software.
Jason Wickersham has been involved with microscopy for over 10 years, the last 5 of which were dedicated to Electron Microscopy Products.
Together they have set up ResAlta to better focus on the needs of electron microscopy customers. Resalta proudly represents the Olympus line of EM products (also known under the Soft-Imaging name), and if you are located in North, Central, or South America, we (or one of our sales partners) will be able to help you find the best solution for your microscopy needs.
Resalta will also add other products to their line. For Light Microscope customers, Resalta will be the representative of Marzhauser stages, a world leader in precision mechanics. And we are looking forward to more products to help you get your work done.
